EU Detergents & Surfactants Regulation (EU) 2026/405 (published March 2026), EU Green Deal and CSRD are driving the shift to bio-based, low-toxicity, EU-sourced surfactants. For PureSurf, tightening regulation is not a headwind but a widening addressable market: every new restriction on fossil-based, high-toxicity surfactants is a reason for formulators to switch to a validated bio-based drop-in.
